Pricing for contractors

Priced by territory and seats

A plan is assigned during review, alongside the states approved for your company. Payment is taken on Stripe’s hosted checkout.

What the subscription is for: knowing which rebates are still paying. 9 of the 14 programmes Punchlist tracks have ended or filled up, and several are still advertised as available on the administrator’s own live page. Every one of them is dated, sourced, and listed with the document it came from. What moved

What the subscription actually buys

Not a list of programmes. A record where every figure carries the document it came from and the date that document was last checked, and where the parts that are not known are published instead of left blank.

The long form of this argument, with the record it is drawn from, is on the home page.

  • Two independent readings. Every programme is read twice, separately. Where the two readings disagree about an amount, an eligibility rule or whether the funding is still open, nothing is served until a person settles it. How it works
  • Dated provenance. Every figure names the document it came from, the organisation that published it, and the date Punchlist last checked that document. A figure with no source is not published. Sources
  • Declared gaps. What has not been verified is written down rather than rounded up to a confident answer, and a state that is not in the record deeply enough is not sold. Coverage
  • Scoped access. An account is approved for named states and only ever sees the territory it was approved for — the state on a request is intersected with the approved set on the server, never widened by a URL or a form field. Security
  • No control here charges you. Every one of them is an application a person reads before an account exists, and no page on this site links a contractor to a payment screen. Apply

What a contractor gets

Every plan, on every trade

The plan decides how many states and how many seats. It does not decide which trade you work in — all three plans are open to each of these.

HVAC

Ducted, ductless and extended-capacity heat pumps, and smart thermostats. For a job in an approved state, Punchlist names the programmes that cover the equipment, quotes what each administrator’s own document says about it, and shows whether that programme is still funded.

It does not tell you the customer qualifies. That is the administrator’s decision, and the answer gives you the number to confirm it on before you quote.

Insulation

Attic, wall and floor insulation. Where more than one administrator covers the same measure, each one is named separately, with its own source document and its own verified date beside it.

It does not add two programmes together into a single figure, and it does not carry a measure covered in one territory over to the next one without checking.

Plumbing / mechanical

Heat pump water heaters and gas tankless water heaters. Which administrator applies depends on the fuel and on the utility on record for the address, so the answer starts from the utility rather than from the ZIP code alone.

Where a ZIP code is served by more than one utility, the answer says so and names each of them, rather than picking one and sounding certain.
